We offer job search support, job retention assistance, coming out support in the workplace, as well as support for career reorientation.
Service Parameters
Individual coaching includes:
- revision of resumes and cover letters;
- interview preparation;
- support in situations of coming out or transition in the workplace;
- support to improve well-being at work.
For each type of follow-up, a structured work plan frames the support process. To ensure effective follow-up, we ask you to commit to completing all the steps in the work plan corresponding to the chosen follow-up.
