Are you in the midst of a career transition or thinking about one? In collaboration with CODEM/CJE, we are offering a workshop to answer all your questions!
On the agenda:
- Better understand what a career transition is (whether chosen or imposed);
- Identifying your strengths, transferable skills, and interests;
- Reflecting on the impact of your gender identity and/or sexual orientation on a career transition;
- Exploring career paths that align with your values and reality;
- Feeling better equipped and supported to begin or continue a career transition.
