Werk it! Inclusive job fair

A job fair for people who are neurodivergent and queer, organized in collaboration with Quartier Jeunesse and Interligne.

For this fourth edition of Werk It!, we aim to take a more inclusive and mindful approach that is attuned to the realities of neuroqueer individuals, paying particular attention to the barriers they may face in their professional journeys.

We will have two complementary components:

1. Lecture and awareness-raising activity
The first part will consist of a lecture by Mathé-Manuel Daigneault followed by an interactive activity, organized by AlterHéros. This component will address issues related to diversity, inclusion, and the realities experienced by neuroqueer people in the workplace.

2. Job fair
The job fair will then give participants the opportunity to meet employers directly, discover career opportunities, and expand their professional networks.
