This guide aims to demystify the realities of intersex people and the particularities of their journey within Quebec medical institutions. It is intended for anyone practicing psychosocial intervention who may be required to work with an intersex person. It aims to provide them with the basic tools necessary to provide adequate care services by opting for a non-pathological perspective that respects the human rights of intersex people.
